In August 2024, Industrial Energies conducted a comprehensive thermal study of the solar Fresnel collector system at RAM Pharma in Amman, Jordan partnering with Green Tech. Despite its initial success, the system had been non-operational due to various issues. Our assessment identified key problems such as inadequate thermal insulation, dirty reflecting surfaces, broken absorber tubes, alignment errors, and major control issues. We provided actionable solutions, including fixing the control problems, cleaning procedures, mirror realignment, and motor repairs. Following our zero-cost measures, the system was ready to restart, promising significant energy savings and enhanced efficiency for RAM Pharma.
